This stand-alone calibrator is a precision instrument designed to test the operating efficiency of all makes and brands of conventional and computerized polygraphs, including LX6-S, LX5000-S, and LX4000-S computerized polygraphs. This calibrator is capable of checking the pneumo, cardio and EDA/GSR components against factory standards. Lafayette Instrument Company recommends performing functionality checks at a minimum of once every six months, if the polygraph examiner suspects a functionality problem or if the date of the last functionality test is not known.
