Water Soluble Paper for Tubes and Cores
Our water soluble paper is used for the production of paper tubes and cores utilized for winding various roll materials and packaging products.
Kitchen and bath papers are typically wound around paperboard cores. These paper cores can be made with our water soluble paper, placed in the sink or toilet and quickly discarded with the introduction of water and disappear without a trace. Similarly, you can get rid of the core of a finished (used) paper towel. Throw the core in the sink with water…and rinse. Paper cores can be custom designed for your specific application including: plastic wrap, aluminum foil, gift wrap, notions (thread and yarn), fabric, and paper towels.
EPA Approved, hollow, spiral wound paper tubes of many sizes can be custom designed with or without top and bottom closures for solid and dry application including: alcoholic beverages, candy, gift sets, powders, spices, salts, sands, candle wax, soaps, detergents and other surfactants, and promotional products.
Our water soluble paper is made of Sodium Carboxy Methyl Cellulose and wood pulp. It dissolves in cold water, hot water, steam and most aqueous solutions. This water soluble paper is non-toxic, environmentally friendly and 100% biodegradable.
